Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Who doesn't love a good slow cooker recipe? This one has bumped my long-standing Teriyaki Chicken off the rotation. Indeed a crowd pleaser, it feeds everyone in my family without complaint; that's reason enough to be on the rotation. What I like about it is I can fix it in the morning then have dinner on the table by evening without extra fussing around.

Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup ketchup
2/3 cup honey
6 cloves garlic
2 tsp. dried basil
Place the chicken thighs in bottom of a crock-pot. In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients together. Pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours.

We like it on rice and with a veggie on the side. Our favorite: Edamame.
